They are absolutely awesome and are happy to put my personal name and business behind them for our sensitive goods storage in Auckland. Our provided logistics storage container is perfect for our needs and have no issues with damp as we store highly valuable goods including electrical items. Security is high notch which
is why I don't mind writing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used SafeStore to store furniture in between houses. I was able to book one at short notice (36 hours) before needing it, as where I was moving to fell through. On the day of putting furniture into storage, I was advised by the moving company that I would need a larger unit, and this was changed very quickly. I had a container on the 2nd level, and an escalator (operated by staff) is made available if no one else has booked prior - which definitely makes life easier, as if not available there are about 5 stairs on site.
I booked a unit for three months (as they had one month free) but fortunately only needed it for just under one month. I was able to get a refund on the unused paid month, which was easy and straight forward.
The complex is card operated for getting in and out, and all units are locked so items are safe and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I never had and issue and they always responded promptly. Emmett was my main contact and he's fantastic to deal with, he always went over and above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome storage facility. The guy we deal with is so friendly and easy to deal with. Also when we needed some heavy stuff put into a top container another worker was happy for us to use the lift without booking it even though you should!

I kept my belongings including my car in the Container for 5 months as I was overseas.
After 5 months, I opened the container and everything was in a same condition as I kept. Surprisingly No dust or spiders web at all.
Really appreciate it.
