★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went this place. Though massage was okay but their communication skills were very poor. In the middle of my massage , lady went out and started to talk someone out and came back after 10 minutes. I told her something and she was doing opposite as can't even understand a word of English. It was annoying experience as they need to have someone who knows how to deal with customers. Not going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Sai-Noi for well over a year now, and totally recommend! All their massage therapists are wonderful, and although some of the ladies don't speak the best English, they are responsive when you ask them to adjust pressure, or work a particular area. Definately try the Sauna for a full experience. I also had a facial prior to Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed that as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little bit worried about the negative reviews BUT after looking at the things those people reviewed I realized they were just moaners in general.
Couldn't fault Sai - Noi one little bit from time of booking to all my questions I asked to the meet and greet and the actual experience.
Listened to where my injuries were and worked gently on it.
Highly recommend this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The massage itself was really good but booking for the experience was really stressful. After I made the booking I received a reply , I believe on the day of the massage that my appointment had to be canceled because of staff shortage. I rescheduled to a different time and later received an email to say that because I cancelled they won't be able to give me the sauna experience. I told them it wasn't me that cancelled. The rooms were pretty basic but the massage was very good. In the end we did not receive our sauna instead we were given another voucher to come back for it. I was disappointed we didn't get to experience the sauna which was meant to be part of the experience. I won't be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a couples massage. No staff around signs or anything. Partner rang a bell when we found reception and someone popped their head out of a massage room and had no mask on telling us to go to the sauna. No further instructions there, the whole ‘reception’ area felt weird there was a random pair of shoes laying about. Wouldn’t really call it a reception, looks like it should be a back room no one sees. Found the sauna only for someone to be in it so the staff expected us to undress and sit in a sauna with a random person. Seems a bit disgusting and with Covid not very professional at all given public pools can’t open their saunas. We left after that. Overall not impressed probably won’t get my money back from grabone either. Very unprofessional and a lack of protocol for Covid being followed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off very good value, but then cranked up prices to match top performing Thai massage parlors but don't come close to matching the grade or quality, I don't mind paying more, but needs no increase quality of both venue and therapist first. Was a fan no longer recommend. Try bamboo spa! best bang for buck
