★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had many massage treatments all of which have in some way been useful, however after a car accident at Easter weekend this year under acc I had to have something more due to delays etc. I was getting worse. I've had 2 treatments at Zen with Allen at Northlands mall Chch now in the last week because I found it was deep enough and relieving enough to release my restricted movements & tension from the whiplash. I have recommended this service to my whaanau and am about to book 3 of us in this week as I believe when something is great then indulge. naa Tania Noa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I visited this place I got a one hour full body massage with oil. I left feeling great. Yesterday I returned for the exact same massage and was highly disappointed.
I had my head rubbed for atleast 10 minutes to start off with and it wasn't even a nice head massage. All the guy did was swirl his finger in circles on my head. Next my shoulders for a long amount of time and then my lower back for a few minutes. Then my arms were worked on for about 5 minutes each and my legs for about 2 minutes each. The only difference I felt when I left was the pain in my shoulders from being overworked which are still sore today. I don't believe I was in there for a full hour either. The man that did my massage seemed like he really couldn't be bothered.
This is not the same service I received the first time I came here and the fact that it cost me $100 is absolutely rediculous. I will not be returning
