★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a half and half pizza pepperoni and meatball. Pick up was for 6pm, arrived early at 550pm and it was already ready. When I got home 5 mins later the pizza was already cold, and I had to reheat in the oven. Imagine it would be ice cold if I had picked up at 6pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love pizza then you will love this place. We always love having Sals, makes you feel like your in the U.S. 1 pizza can literally feed 4 people. We order pizzas all the time for our work. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering service is a joke. Cant select store from main page had to find a way through three bars. They never accepted orders 30min before closing and also close way too early for a pizza joint. Charge my credit card twice when ordering online but still stuck in payment stage everytime i submitted. Call the new lynn branch 16 times no answer at all to check if orders gone through. Just had to give up and gets hells pizza instead. Frustrating thing is giving you guys a go couple of times very rude service saying we closed when closings times say 9 and its 840??? Dont think i am going back here and has put me off sals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were so disappointed with our pizza as was soggy and undercooked. We had to cook it for 15 minutes in the oven otherwise all the toppings slid off the pizza. When. I rang to tell them as was concerned that other customers would get under cooked pizza the person that answered the phone really didn’t care. He said ok well there will is nothing we can do about that now and hung up the phone. Bad pizza and bad customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going to order from these guys again asked for a half and half got it from them thinking it’ll be nice, completely wrong my pizza wasn’t even cut up. You spend up to $60 there and you expect it’ll be good for the value of what you pay. That’s completely wrong

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for the New Lynn store. Few months ago I took a vegan pizza and it was very soggy and the taste very bad, considering that Sal’s pizza is very good. I didn’t put any review at that time because I thought that could happen. Again today I bought garlic knots and they were burnt from the top. At this point I think there is a problem at New Lynn store so I’m thinking to switch to another store.
I really wanted to support local but at this stage I don’t want to throw money anymore.
