★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very unprofessional to close shop as and when you think you should, misleading the customers by saying it’s closing at 1am and turning customers away at 9pm is unacceptable. You loose your credibility and trust among the customers. Give customers the right information, that is also a part of being Halal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anytime you call them..either they don't have burger buns or no burgers n the worst we too busy to make burgers...Seriously..no wait time either.. Customer service zero .n plz have proper manager who know how to talk to these customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tandoori paneer pizza from uber eats and i got any chicken pizza. I am vegetarian. This type of mistake is horrible. This is worst experience in my life. Pizza express really shame on you for your this disgusting service and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is dropping, and quantity/ spread of meat is very disappointing. Some slices have just two measly pieces of chicken on either end of them, but loaded with tomato chunks. Jack up your offering guys. Maybe chop up the meat finer, to improve the spread. A follow up purchase was dreadful. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I walked in to pick up the order 20 minutes later, a guy said that it was in the oven and then proceeded to make up the order right in front of me. Some nerve. While it was in the oven, he went on to vape while kneading dough, setting the vape and his phone down on his work surface intermittently. Shocking. 28 Nov between 9 and 9:30pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was drier than the Sahara desert, there was literally no butter chicken sauce on the butter chicken pizza, so much onion, barely any sauce, the chips and chicken were unseasoned. I served six years in prison and got better meals than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have ordered here a few times now and every time I am impressed ?? in terms of price, quality and quantity this is our new go to- for pizza, over all the quick service franchises. I like to select my own pizza toppings. This is the way to go.. keep up the good work and effort guys !!
