★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a quick trim, was in there about 15 mins and was charged 43 dollars. There was no information about pricing or options at the time, I later looked at the website where this isn't even a price listed so went back to enquire if I had been overcharged as I hadn't been offered anything included in this price. I was assured someone would call me back but had to go back myself a week later to follow it up, eventually was told they essentially charge what they want and justify it by saying it was done by a 'senior stylist'. Rubbish haircut, rubbish service. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended this salon by a friend so was expecting a decent service. Unfortunately I think it varies a lot depending on the stylist you have. The salon is clean and the products they use are high quality. However I feel that the quality of the colour service and cut isn't great. My highlights were uneven and the colour wasn't the shade I was expecting/we had agreed in consultation. A big issue is thay the price list shown on the website is not what is charged at the end. They make up the prices depending on your hair on the day. My friend paid a different amount to me for the same service and same length of hair. So I don't quite understand the pricing and they are ambiguou when asked about it. I won't be returning here or recommending it to anyone else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my full head foils and hair cut done by Sarita. I loved it. Sarita is very calm, friendly and professional. I had a very long appointment but she was so relaxed and not at all in rush. I will definately come back again. Thank you Sarita

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time there and have always come out contented. I love my amazing hair colour and cut. Very friendly staff, listen to the customer, a relaxed atmosphere and awesome service. Their fees are in line with what you get so I'm in my happy place at the moment. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed , I live 4 hours away and only booked in with this place due to the wonderful service and workmanship 10 years ago when I was a customer here. Now I have yellow stripy hair and unless I’m prepared to drive 4 hrs for them to fix it I have to pay somewhere else to fix it. I fully expected a competent job to be done for the price of $250 and had it been good I would’ve travelled back in 8 weeks time and given them more business..... read other reviews before booking .... their customer care is no longer a priority...... money is. Was finally refunded, but not after being told that in 20 years of business they had only come across two other people who behave like me and that my emails were rank!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my unruly hair straightened and cut with Anita. There were issues with the straightening outcome and cut quality. Very pleased with Olivias willingness and ability to resolve the cut issue for me. Hilda gave me her two options to rectify the straightening issue, albeit an unfortunate encounter, I am relieved Hilda and Olivia offered solutions, and I picked the best one for me.
