★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely pedicure with a friendly and helpful lady. It was pleasant and well done. However some of the nail polish has come off after less than 24 hours without any obvious reason. More direction regarding how long to leave it before having a spa would’ve been helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had an amazing haircut from Leia (emerging stylist). She was professional, knowledgeable and all the staff were super friendly. She far exceeded my expectations and even asked if there was anything else I would like done to my hair before she finished ?
I have thick, curly hair and dread getting my haircut as I often leave salons disappointed. This is the second time I have been to Lush and both times I have walked away loving my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third time being here and always satisfied!❤ the staff members are friendly and they made sure to consult to the others to meet customer's expectations. They sell range of Kerastase's product too if you're looking around Rotorua. For people who love their hair washed before cutting it, this is a place to go.
Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and only waited a short while for my stylist to arrive. She introduced herself and we headed off to make a start. Even though I have had a couple of Keratin Straightening's before she explained the process to me and the consult was professional and I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend Danja (pronouced Darn-ya) she was very professional, happy, and great to have a banter with. Best of all - THE GREATEST Keratin Straightening I have ever received.

So impressed with the product & doubly impressed with the stylist Destiny who not only knew all about the product, she also knows how it's done. Definitely recommend the Salon & staff.
