★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay at Sandi’s. The Airbnb was located to many of the local attractions, breakfast was delicious and the place met all of our needs. Most of all, we loved the hospitality provided by Sandi and Mark. We would love to revisit again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We paid $130 for the room AND breakfast! We got $260 worth service! Sandi was such a nice lady and gave me and my wife a very warm welcome when we arrived there. She even gave us recommendation on where to eat etc. She's probably the nicest host I've ever seen in my life! Rooms are in excellent condition with almost everything you need. Sandi made us a fabulous breakfast. If you get the same quality breakfast from a cafe, I'm pretty sure you would have to pay around $70. Look no further. If you are going to Rotorua, this is the place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had a great time in Rotorua but it wouldn't be the same if we've stayed in another place. Sandi and Mark are great people and the room was just perfect, very clean, cozy and close to the city center. Sandi made us feel home and although there are lots of things to do in the city, the highlight of our trip was Sandi's breakfast, best breakfast ever!!! We hope to come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax and unwind, arrived there after our long flight from Amsterdam, so slept like a brick on the comfy bed. Shower has a nice amount of pressure and the breakfast is amazing. Very friendly and helpful host, nice cat, good burger place across the road, can't thing of any reasons not to go here.

The hospitality was top-notch, the bed was very comfortable, location was convenient, and the gourmet breakfast was delicious and customized to our needs. If you like to feel taken care of, I highly recommend staying at this B&B in Rotorua!
