Then the doctor said I don't have time for you right now like we only get 10 minutes and thats it screw if im sick ?
And one the with receptionist with dyed red hair is sooo rude the customer service is real bad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been seeing Dave for 18 years he is awesome. This rating however is for the admin staff.
When you answer the phone say hello introduce your self and how can you help.
Be polite and watch your tone of voice when speaking to people over the phone.
I only asked one question where is Central Health and get the Did you not hear me the first time? I heard you alright just done know where Central Health is.
The Admin lady goes you know where Central Pharmacey is? I say yes
Admin no goodbye just hangs up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairysprings Doctors and nurses are amazing the front desk ladies however are a big let down for the company. Especially the 2 ladies, one in red dyed hair and the young looking receptionist with blond stripes, both incompetent and rude??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This may be the worst clinic in the country, definitely is the worst in Rotorua with idiots sitting at the reception especially the lady with red/purple hair. No respect for patients. Will never ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been an enrolled member for the last 2 years. I've had no issues or difficulties with the service I've received. Alike the wider health service in NZ you are often required to book in advance although the clinic retains some capacity for urgent consultations. Reception get a particular shout out as always very helpful and customer focused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor, Ben is outstanding and always has my info handy and a warm friendly attitude. He helped me thru my chemo with good advice. The Clinic nurses are also a standout , especially Selena who is a Star, Melanie and Andrea, who are all fabulous to deal with, the other doctors are good as well. Pharmacy is right on the premises, and I can get my bloods done in the building as well. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Maybe things have changed? Cause I rate this team 5 Stars
