β β β β β I urgently needed some documents certified, and called Sandringham Law because they are just down the road from my house. They refused to help me not just once, but on two separate occasions. The first time I was grilled on the phone about my reasons for needing the documents certified and told that my own lawyer should be doing this, even though I had explained that I had only just instructed a lawyer and they were across town. The second time I called I was asked if I was the same person from the day before, grilled again, and then told they would get back to me - which they never did. It was a patronising and unpleasant experience which I thought was deeply unprofessional. I ended up calling another local law firm and had no issue getting my documents certified with them.

β β β β β Who would have thought that going to a lawyers would be a great experience, but at Sandringham law it was. I felt listen to, and heard. Mark Robinson handled sensitive information with such humanity and dignity. It was clear to me he had researched and understood all aspects of my case, He laid out my possible avenues clearly. It was very comforting. We found a lawyer we trust and admire and will use and recommend to all.His fees were also surprising reasonable and affordable, especially for the amount of work and dedication he put into the matter at hand. β β β β β I very rarely write reviews unless I receive an exceptional quality service. I have recently returned from overseas and have required legal services for conveyancing, contract reviews, Trusts and Will advice. The timeliness and nature of the advice has been very thorough and relevant and explained in layman terms. I have also found the two individuals(Mark and Lisa) within the practice to be friendly and professional. In my opinion if you need sound legal advice that is easy to understand and fair value then it is hard to look past Sandringham Law.

Though it was a pop in visit without an appointment, Mark immediately received me and helped me with all the documentations. Since then he has been handling my family business. In the last few years, Mark helped me purchase two properties. His advise has always been on the point and timely although sometimes I gave him little time to prepare.
