β β β β β I was travelling through QT and needed to move my body so I signed up for a hot yoga class and it was just all I needed! Katie was an absolute amazing yoga teacher, I recommend this studio to everyone! :)

β β β β β From the first class I went to the studio, I was delighted. Both the way classes are conducted, the warmth and the harmonious atmosphere in the studio make you want to come back there. But of course, the greatest advantage of this place are the people - each teacher does it in their own individual, original style. Each one gives something of itself. You can see that they want each new person to feel warmly welcomed and noticed. After the practice, you can get feedback on your practice and share your impressions.
It is a real place with heart and soul. Creates community. I felt well taken care of, after each class there is time to finish your yoga practice at your own pace.
Also the method of booking a session via the website is very convenient. Very important these days.
I highly recommend this studio, especially if you are looking for a place where you can feel at home and develop both body and mind harmoniously.
