★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bouncer at this club singled out my friend from a group and refused entrance to him alone - the only difference being that he was a man wearing makeup! He was not too drunk for entry and complied with all the requests/was very respectful. Such a disgusting display of discrimination against queer folks. And in Pride Month too! Absolutely unacceptable in 2021. I will not be gracing this club with my patronage any time soon and will encourage everyone I know to take their money elsewhere, until the club fires their homophobic bouncers and demands a higher standard of respect from their staff. Do better please!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last Friday, the venue is mean, great hip hop r&b music, customer service from the bar team is very impressive, lovely owner always welcomes his customers with big smile. Very cool club, had an amazing night out for my mates 21st. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Staff are friendly however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst club ever! I came in to meet a friend and the bouncers were racist wouldn't even let me in! They accused me of being drunk when I was the sober driver. I honestly felt unwelcomed. Accusing me for being drunk when there's drunk as people in that club all the time! And the last time I went to Sapphire which was recently that
owner/manager Aryan Soin he's taking shots and getting drunk at the clubs. I got videos of this. When I met him I confronted him about this and he blocked my number and walked away. The bouncers let intoxicated people in the clubs and two random girls punched me and my friend for no reason. What a disgusting place full of disgusting people. Obviously there is no control if the owner/manager is getting drunk himself! And you see that rude chick Misha her
instagram: Mishhhaaaaa is getting drunk there all the time. You don't see her getting kicked out. She says she works there. Whatdoes she even do there?! Party and get drunk all the time?! Misha also is a rude as, racist who thinks she's better than others, when she's not even famous and a lot of people don't even know her. Bad staff, bad reputation and it's not safe if you are going to get punch by people for no reason!
