★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible ...I am saying it again terrible. I would never eat there food again I would rather like to starve.
We had a take away from them on 21/08/2020 for lunch rest I do not want to explain ever. They should not be allowed to run a restaurant her in Mt. Eden its insult to delicious Indian curries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm We got veg curries but they all were a bit disappointing.. They were too watery and flavorless as if they were salty sauces. Rice cakes, Idli, were very nice though. I heard lots of good things about Satya but apparently it depends on branches. I think the one in Sandringham is the one my friend recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great food. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options being South Indian. Very reasonably priced. We were the only table when we arrived on a Sunday night and service was a little slow would be my only criticism. I will definitely be back again. Was nice trying paratha instead of naan too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience coming here, the staff are friendly, humble and very helpful, and the food is divine.
The restaurant was authentic and had a wonderful atmosphere.
They import pressed leaf disposable plates which are amazing and support the natural recycling process which impressed me considerably.
Tried the Butter Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh and Chick Pea curry with Naan bread and rice, and the food was lovely.
This family run business, over 3 different locations offers free Lunch and Dinner on Christmas Day to say thank you to everyone, and have done as an ongoing tradition!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst Indian meal my family and I have ever eaten. The papadams were stale and soft (not at all crispy/crunchie), we ordered medium spice butter chicken and hot chicken tikka masala and all of it was no spice at all. Very disappointed and will never return - buyer beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never use this restaurant/takeaway again. Our go to place for a takeaway. Husband's birthday tomorrow and ordered a takeaway through Uber Eats which was a shambles. Contacted the restaurant to say what had happened. Long story short an incompressible excuse and a manager refusing to take my call. And the story is??? Customer lost, reputation lost and friends who have said now they won't go there again
