This is in regards to the degrading behavior my family and I had to go through because of one of your female staff. We placed our order and waited for 1 and half hours while everyone who came after us got served. To top that off we faced racial discrimination while we waited. Just to let you know, it was my son’s Birthday and as a result we thought to have a family time over a good meal but it turned into a nightmare because of the treatment we had to endure. Within minutes I was told to ensure my son doesn’t disturb others, even though he was playing quietly. Then we got rude stares from the staff while we waited, we went up to the counter and were asked if the food was good and even though they gave it free of cost for waiting, my son lost his appetite and went to sleep on our way home..
As it was our intention to eat in not takeaway, and the waiting time led to his bedtime.. Probably that was the intention of the staff for us not to dine in and leave. The food was excellent but the customer service was disappointing and disheartening. My reason for this feedback is to avoid other innocent family members enduring the same ill treatment we received, worst restaurant experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this place ever since they opened their doors and have never come back disappointed. The level of food and service is always at the highest and the owner (a wonderful lady who's name I do not remember) is constantly on her toes ensuring that her team and customers are having a good time. Went there last night again for dinner and enjoyed the Dada Mushroom and Chef's Special Dum Biryani.
A special mention to Simran who made sure all our needs were taken care of. Cannot wait to be back again.

We have been searching for an authentic Indian restaurant since leaving the UK almost 5 year ago and this place certainly ticks that box!! 10/10! This is now our go to takeaway of choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t normally comment or write a review on food places my partner and I visit but this time round, I had to. Our first time experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. The service led by the manager on duty Amritpal Singh and his team was exceptional, he made us feel welcomed. The food was divine, everything we ordered was right and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice for a romantic dinner. Thank you Heritage Cuisine India, we will definitely return for more delicious dishes.
