Just one negative.. please answer the phone. I called 35 times to no avail ? but other than that this is my top groomer. Love you guys! And so does my dog!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic groomers! They can always brush out my fluffy cat’s matting and they managed to clip my pug’s nails which is honestly a miracle because he normally has to go to the vet and be put under for that!

My little girl had matte/knots on her belly, legs and armpits which made her noticeably uncomfortable. The folks at Paw Hub made my scaredy cat feel calm and gave her belly a good shave (see pics), comb through and nail cut. All her matte/knots are gone and she looks comfortable! Paw Hub provided honest consultation about their services and didn't upsell, definitely good value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paw Hub started off good, but my recent visit (19/02/2022 at 13.30) just made my mind up, I WON'T be booking them again.
I took my dog in for a groom, get her ears cleaned and I also asked for her teeth to be cleaned (and was charged for) when I picked my dog up, her teeth looked no CLEANER, so I asked the assistant why my dogs teeth looked untouched she said that I should have asked for them to be descaled not cleaned. So why is descaling not even mentioned on your price list (just teeth brushing). If the customer doesn't know that you do descaling, and ask for their pets teeth to be cleaned, perhaps your receptionist/ groomer should ask the customer to clarify what they want, teeth cleaning/ brushing or descaling, and hopefully this would stop any confusion and disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’re fantastic, I’ve been a happy sporadic customer since 2016/17.
Having tried various animates before that (where they would cut the nails so short Harry couldn’t walk for days after) and knowing that he subsequently has some nail anxiety, I was so relieved to find a place that Harry is happy and comfortable to go.
He drags me in whenever we have an appointment. They do a fantastic job, he comes out gleaming. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and superstars at their jobs.
Also, the bow ties/ties are ridiculously cute.
Hiiiiighly recommend these guys, they’re the best in the city. I’ve tried everywhere else at some time or another, when they’ve been heavily booked, no-one compares.
The last time I tried somewhere else in the city, it was a fluffy $200 hand cut that needed a fresh groom a fortnight later, paired with a horrific ear infection from direct inner ear spraying. Ick.
Best prices, best care, best place. Do yourself and your pet a favour, check these guys out!
