★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please refund my money fully. I cancelled the trip more than 24 hrs. I cancelled the trip at 3pm 01 January for the trip that supposed to happen on 6.40pm 02 January Waiheke - Auckland. Ive spoken to your staff both over the phone and counter and they said they'll put it back in my account, been waiting for more than 10 days but still nothing. It's not about the amount of the money but your company is taking the money that isn't even your right to take.
Update: Got in touch with them via email, they sent the full amount yesterday and finally received it this morning (27/01). Many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but ferry terminal, no coffee shop or toilet. Bit tricky reversing onboard in the dark but staff were very helpful in guiding us on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Great Barrier Island.. 5 hour trip via boat.. would not recommend if you are sea sick.. they have a cafe & a play room & movie room to keep the kids entertained down below.
Apart from that great trip for me.. not so much the kids lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled and used Sealink for many years. your staff are awesome however when I pay top price for a car ferry I do not appreciate travelling on the same fast ferry as rubbish trucks. The smell is so bad I sit in my car with windows up on a warm day with air-conditioning on. I have just seen one of the slower ferries go back to Akld from waiheke to Akld with nothing on it. the waste trucks should be on the truck ferries not the best of your fleet. Disappointed, as paid for the higher price ticket to not travel with the garbage....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly take sealink to Waiheke because I like the more traditional relaxing journey and also to Pine Harbour to go bike riding. I recently left something on the ferry to Pine Harbour, and have been immensely impressed by the care staff took in returning it to me. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I contacted Sealink about half an hour after I realised I had left it on the ferry, they found it, kept me up to date, and as I was catching the ferry back to Auckland later in the day, ensured it was on the ferry for my return. The staff were caring, professional, connected and followed through as a team. AWESOME, just the best !!! ABSOLUTELY recommend to sea-travel with this company.
