★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start having Laura help my partner book the most beautiful, accomodation to wow me on all levels, was the best service !
The ultra modern unit, was beach front, with one huge wall of glass. The view!
The ambience and the request we please relax and leave the dishes, was a delight.
Comfort, Convenient, lushness.
Thank you very much, we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seascape Kaka Point is perfect. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, perfect location across the road from the beach and next door to the hotel. Laura has thought of everything to make the perfect holiday accommodation. We stayed one night on our road trip through The Catlins and am so pleased we did. We preordered a breakfast hamper - so impressed. If I can give one piece of advice - book online directly and stay at Seascape Kaka Point - you will not regret it. Laura thank you for providing the perfect holiday accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seascape in Kaka point is most elegant, and tranquil over looking the ocean. When we arrived, we were greeting very warmly by Laura and felt so welcomed to be staying. We were even offered a late check out time because we arrived later in the evening to check in. Entering our room my expectations were blown out of the water with the extremely homely feel and beautifully presented space. Provided with everything you need to have for a relaxing stay- beach towels, cards, board games, insect repellent. Coffee machine. You name it, it’s probably provided. An added bonus being situated 50 metres from the local pub and restaurant which I highly recommend to go and enjoy. Cannot thank Laura and her family enough, we will definitely be coming back to stay for longer next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is just across the road from your door, the view and the sound are amazing! The accommodation is totally luxurious, they don’t sell it as such, to humble people, but believe me its extraordinary clean, well decorated, fabulous bed! You can feel like you are in a white and calm retreat falling asleep with the sounds of the waves. Laura, the hostess, is so sweet and friendly, we will be back and stay for more days next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura's place is very nice. The location is directly across the road from the beach and next to the pub/restaurant which was excellent. The units are tastefully furnished, modern and clean.We were on a road trip and as we said to Laura when leaving, her accomodation would probably make the accomodation for the rest of the trip inferior, which it was.Yes we would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous location and superbly appointed units. Very tasteful and clean.Friendly helpful proprietor who unexpectedly serviced our unit as we were staying two nights Great value for money. And a stroll to the Point restaurant which was excellent. Whitebait and blue cod both nights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful accommodation in a great private location (we stayed in seaview unit which is back from the main street). Spacious and modern with seaviews, Laura was an amazing host who went out of her way to cater to us and our young son. We will definitely be back!
