Our beginnings…
Established in 2000, Seed Heritage began as a childrenswear boutique with a single shopfront in Armadale, Victoria. From day one, our focus has been on beautiful, unique designs and products made from natural fibres and fabrics. Our range expanded to include a baby collection, followed by women’s apparel and later a range for teens. Since then, we’ve launched Collection, a women’s capsule range of sophisticated, luxe, trend-led styles, and Seed Party!, a fun, sparkly range for girls aged 1 to 10.

The young manager made me leave a bad review for the first time in my life.
She kept on saying that the sole of the shoes were heavily worn out because of me and she didn’t care to listen as she thought I was lying.
Even IF I did, they can’t be worn out terribly like that in 5 months time.
I used wear this shoes only 2-3 times a week in last 5 months, walking only!
How can she explain that all my other shoes are fine?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a black knit top and it is pilling a lot, the salesperson just rolled it careless before I paid. She didn’t let me feel like she has any positive attitude of customer service. She’s very rush to finishing the service (the payment) and said “it happens like this but just an on sale item” okay...I don’t know what she means by this.... probably she’s in a bad mood.

When I arrived at the shop, I told the staff that the line was always busy, she didn’t even bother to check the phone, didn’t say sorry. Her attitude made me feel so uncomfortable. What a waste of time and petrol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is non existent here. Previous experience was so bad, it got escalated to a Regional Manager; however have been back in since then and still ignored upon entering.
No follow up service when in fitting rooms and just all round general “I don’t want to be here” vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique store especialy with lines of kids clothing with reputable brands. Very friendly staff and environment made experiences all that more specials. Beautiful store with thoughtful layout and displays. Ample parking behind the building. Don't use the Hursmere Road as you will get stuck and it often takes at least 30mins to go from roundabout end to the traffic light at the other end.
