I bought two sets of merchandise November 30, 2021 was told it’s on pre-order and will be shipped out 6 to 8 weeks now comes May and nothing!
Contacted customer service and eventually requested a refund they were not able to issue me one regardless of my situation.
Luckily I was able to issue a dispute with my bank and get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of jeans 4 months ago and have no received anything. I have been giving bad tracking info that does not show anything. I have emailed dozens of times and received the exact same response each time. I have been asking for a refund with no reply. This shop is a scam don’t spend your money you won’t get your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been meaning to post a review on this store for over two years. I had ordered a few clothing items at the end of 2019 and didn’t receive my package til mid 2020. Every enquiry I made was met with a very vague response stating it had been shipped but due to “covid” there were delays. Understandable. When I did receive my package, all items I purchased broke or tore within the first few wears. Seems like their customer service and product quality hasn’t improved since then. Don’t bother purchasing from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 6 items in November, it is now May and I still have not revived any of the items. I've emailed them asking about it and all they say is that there are covid delays. I understand there may be delays because of covid but there is no way it takes them 7 months to ship something. The tracking number for the order also doesn't work, probably got scammed :/ I just want the bathing suits I ordered. Would give them zero stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 pairs of sweatpants from them in January for pre order and they were supposed to ship out in March and I still have yet to receive them. Asked for a refund and they can only give me store credit but I don’t feel like waiting another 15-16 weeks for my order. I even tried to contact the company multiple times and they say it’s on the way with no tracking number. Will never buy from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of pants in August. They "shipped" on 9/22/21. When I tracked the order it says: Tracking info is not available. Received another email on 11/22 saying: Your shipping status has been updated. I clicked the track button and it still says: Tracking info is not available. Received yet another email on 12/3 saying Your shipping status has been updated. And again, it stills says: Tracking info is not available. I understand there are delays, but 3 months is a little ridiculous and I've seen reviews that have been way longer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After emailing death threats /hj, I finally received an email from an actual person. They updated me on my package with links included and informed me that there are shipping delays due to COVID. I ended up receiving my package, however better communication is needed for those one stars to disappear.
