just adopted seekom as our PMS since mid August and it was one of the wisest decision we have made running a motel business. The system is jam packed with feature yet simple enough for us to grasp. We love the integration of the channel manager with the booking system itself, which eliminates the possibility of vacancy availability update delays. Another reason to go with Seekom is the support, the staff was swift in their responses and went far and beyond to make sure our problems are solved. We are also happy to know the system is constantly improving as they are updating iBex based on user feedbacks and suggestions. I would recommend Seekom to any accomodation provider.

I have been a user of Seekom from the very early days of it being a 2 person business just Nicky and Simon back in May 2007 and watched them grow and adapt. Support is great they are always so helpful even when it is outside their responsibility and support is such a vital part of any booking system. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for booking software. Well done.

Used to be a great system constantly updating and helpful with any issues or support needed. Unfortunately in the last year or so they stopped helping and no one fixes issues so the system is going downhill fast. Its a shame really as they have all the functions needed it seems they just dont have the staff or support system in place anymore.

Generally was a good PMS system however almost 3 months after we sold our business and the services transferred to the new owner, Seekom continue to charge our bank account via direct debit. Numerous emails and phone calls later no-one from Seekom responds and we sadly have to resort to publicly shaming the poor customer service in an effort to seek a response and action refund for the excess charges. Waiting in anticipation....
