★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed by this store. Despite the name of the store the shoes are in fact VERY limited and not even close to being unlimited. This is what I consider false advertising and in fact a breach of my human rights. Very disappointed for a store that's name set my standards so high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend told me that "my shoes were really letting down my outfit" and that I better head right over to see Carol at our local "Shoes Unlimited", located right on the rotary in Frankton. Since my best friend always gives me good advice I decide to head right there (while still in my outfit) and see if I can find some shoes.
I explained the situation to Carol and the fact that my right foot swells up quite a bit in warm weather (old lady fat foot is what I call it) and that has a big impact on which shoes look good on me. Nothing strappy around the ankle and hopefully something I can wear in the winter as well. With that brief, Carol got to work. Quickly going through her extensive stock and soon I had several spot on choices in front of me, I got excellent impartial feedback from the staff and ended up with an awesome pair of shoes at a great price.
This experience reminded me of how important it is to find the right shop, with great staff and then LISTEN to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received a pair of shoes that were faulty (by design) and Paula was very helpful getting the supplier to rectify the issue on my behalf. Shopping here you know that you will get very good customer service from a team who really cares about their customers.

I needed my Favourite heels fixing and the team did everything possible to get them back to me as quickly as they could.
They were returned to me better than expected in Pristine condition, could not not happier!!
