β β β β β Phoned manner absolutely rude. No time to even listen to my request which wasn't a big one. To be shown how to put a bobin in to my machine. Said I would pay. No time to help, let alone listen to what I was asking. Will never use them again.

β β β β β These guys are the best. They are there to repair and restore. They have been invaluable to me over the years and they are the first I will go to. Don't know any others because they always do the job well. They are therefore very busy. Don't expect frills - they do their job well - Youtube will show you how to do trivial things.

β β β β β I went here to fix my baby sewing machine. The old man was so nice and kindly. He help me to fix all my problems and give me all about advice. To be honest I feel like home service kind of warm heart I had ever met in Auckland.
