★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nelson was (is) so professional, helpful and informative. Anytime and anything we needed help with or even a question, he was always one phone call away.
And despite being told by a local agent to take his Open Home signs down he still managed to sell our house in less than 5 days with the best results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We interviewed 4 agents and got appraisals before selling our house. All the agents were great, however Nelson was our choice. When we rang the other agents to let them know, one had some buyers that she wanted to show our house, so she hooked us for an open agency agreement for a week, after which we were going to go through the whole 9 yards with Nelson. She was awesome and sold our house without listing it...
However, even though we didn’t go with Nelson he was really supportive and made sure we asked the right questions throughout the process, gave us heaps of tips, followed up frequently and it was clear that he would be working for us with our interests in mind.
Will definitely recommend him to friends and family selling a house in Auckland.

He treated the sale of our property not just as a house but a home, being highly respectful and professional, doing everything and beyond to get us the best price possible. Nelson and his team were great from the start, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile with the plethora of questions we posed to him & his team. This helped us immensely as it took the pressure off us and allowed us to make sound decisions.
Nothing felt forced, and he truly has the best interest at heart. He was very encouraging and transparent about our budget and when we found the right house we were confident in our offer as his team made the ground work easy.
We recommend all of our friends to Nelson and will absolutely be using him again when the time comes to move on from our temporary first-home!
