★ ★ ★ ★ ★ me and my brother have been coming here for a little while now, and we both are extremely disappointed with these haircuts in particular. my brother didn't want a lot of his hair cut off the top, which he requested. the woman stated that she had to cut "a little" off so it "wouldn't look like a mushroom" which he was OK with. apparently, a trim on the top is several inches. she also left a lot of hair on his sides uncut and uneven. she also didn't seem slightly bothered on the information he was giving her, he clearly stated that he wanted to keep the top long and didn't mind a little trim although she agreed she cut the complete opposite hairstyle he asked for. the staff are obviously unqualified and inexperienced...we will not be coming back any time soon STAY AWAY !!!
my experience wasn't that fantastic either, i showed the lady a picture of the haircut i wanted and it didn't come even close to looking similar in any way. she was clearly not skilled enough to do a haircut that wasn't even complicated in the slightest. it was obviously rushed as it was done in only a few minutes. the sides and around my ears are completely uneven which my dad now has to fix. the haircut she gave me is way shorter than the picture even though i stated several times i wanted it long on the top and for the curls to still be there. she spoke extremely quietly and was quite rude. i couldn't hear a single word she was saying even though she spoke fluent English. she told me that my hair "wasn't curly enough" to have the haircut i wanted, even though i wore like that every single day, i just wanted a trim. me and my brother are most likely not coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair cut at Terapa the base by a chinese/ Korean?? Man . It was worst hair cut I have ever had. He did not bother to ask me appropriate length before proceeding and straightaway cut his estimated lenght then started trimming which reduced length further.he did not blow dry my hair and left the way it was after cut although I paid 39 dollar. He there were plenty of hair on my clothes and neck after I had hair cut so I had to return home quickly for a shower. I never had to take shower straightaway after hair cut which is very disappointing. The hair style was nofinished well. His communication skills were poor.
I will never return back.
