★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Specsavers, one of my favorite stores, always friendly and professional staff, fixed my bent and lensless frames in half an hour, just like new. Didn't even charge! Would definitely recommend this store! The staff member that helped us was so kind and efficient. Thank you guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived for my eye test and staff were lovely. The man who did my pre test was lovely and very chatty. The optometrist rushed my exam, flicked through the lens so fast that my eyes didn’t have time to adjust. I was judged over the fact that I buy my glasses online and only needs the Rx. I didn’t get to read the chart with my final prescription, which is a normal occurrence for me when I get my prescription - have asked a few people also who said that is normally what happens but I was not let to do so. I did a field vision test and the lady who helped with that was very nice but I didn’t get to see or know what my results were, which I found very unprofessional. Contacted the company and placed feedback via the website - received what looked like a copied and pasted message from the optometrist himself that completely dismissed his poor service. I have ordered glasses since and have not adjusted to them so certain that this Rx is wrong. Would not recommend this branch or optic to anyone. Will be contacting Specsavers head office again.
