★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the third time I have received such unprofessional service at vish beauty terapa . I went to get my eyebrows and upper lips done today at 3:15pm, and there was only one beautician who was busy with another customer who told me to come after 10-15min. When I came back there was another beautician this time who said “ You will have to wait for 15mins dear and put down your name and no.” However I told her that “I have already come after 15min dear as advised by your colleague who didn’t ask for any details. I would sincerely request the owner to teach the staff members to please value customer’s time and be more professional. The last time when I visited vish bar in the last week of feb/ early March- the same beautician asked me to put down my number and details at around 1:30pm since they were busy but I didn’t receive any calls the whole day. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and apologise. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to get lash extensions for the first time and was very nervous about that but they were perfect, natural looking but thick and long. I love them and they’ve lasted really well. Definitely recommend Vish beauty bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff. Very professional , unfortunately it was very bright with no shade umbrella like in the past. It was super bright and made getting my waxing near unbearable due to the sun in my eyes. Summer will be even harder and super hot. I hope they get their umbrella back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for eyebrow threading at 3pm and they said to come back in hour. I got booked at 4.15pm. At 3.40pm i got a call from an unknown number "hello, are you coming?" There was no introduction and i have to ask who it is. It was this company and i told her I'll come at my booked time, she was disappointed and said
"can't you make it right now?". Strike one, no respect for customer's time and poor customer service. I got there for my appointment and got my brows done. I looked in the mirror and it was so thin, uneven and my eye lids were bleeding. I asked for her to redo it and she tried to make it even three times but making it worse in the process. Making excuses why she cant make it even and it doesnt bloody makes sense, she was just incompetent. I've been getting my eyebrows done in years and this was the worse experience and result i got, very disappointed as this was also my first time trying out this place. These staff are obviously untrained and hopefully they can do better for other customers.
