★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2009 I have been trying to get Staff at Shay solutions to update my contact details: I have written letters, emailed, scanned documents and phoned - I have spoken to Reception staff, management staff and even had a lengthy email correspondence with a law firm - and now in 2017 they have still failed to get the contact details right: You fail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shay Solutions have managed a complex of apartments of which I own one. They are extremely disorganised. They have poor processes ans rely on paper rather than up to date systems. I became concerned about the financial management and shay were literally never able to provide the requested information in 2 years! After 2 years we have thankfully sacked them and moved to another property manager. We were with shay as an incumbent manager, but leaving them was complete obvious, they are just hopeless and disorganised. When I tried to escelate to Sue the owner, she simply didn't return my emails or calls. Very sad!

The office environment is a lovely place to be, and the teamwork within the office is great - always people willing to help when asked! The principal of SHAY is kind and understanding and also very professional.

On top of that always had a great sense of humour, while tackling some tight timeframes and tricky twists and turns! All the best with your business and new offices
