★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend. This is the worse property management to deal with. They have broken English hard to understand and difficult to deal with. Their houses are not worth living in. They don't respond in a timely manner and only email to request payments. Also sending us huge water bills that do not add up. The bond also takes a while to get back.
Highly NOT recommended too expensive. If I could they get zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys market themselves everyday on radio as true professionals but in my 10+ years experience in the real estate industry I would rate them the worst service. Their agents are incredibly rude, in particularly Lex, they don't show up with the tenant to show the property, don't sign the tenancy agreement with perspective tenants and says that this is the landlord's job. Not only this but they try not to send tenant's application form and ID to the landlord when deciding whether to let the property out and when asked says this is against the law and tries to cover up the ID. I would stay away like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience , they don't even respond to your emails . I personally have called the agent and emailed him about my problem but he didn't even called me back or replied to my email. They even deduct money from your bond amount by making excuses and take more than double time as required to refund your bond money. Very bad experience . I was not even about to give one star but have no less than that.
