โ โ โ โ โ This has got to be the most dishonest and unpleasant Body Corporate management company that there is. Unless they think they can get money out of you. Use them and be prepared to be ripped. The accounts that they provide for bc's clandestinely hide how Centurion are extracting money from bc's without the bc's knowledge. Also they are prepared to alter bc agm minutes to hide matters that don't meet the wants of those few in control of a bc's to the disadvantage of others. Really Corrupt !

โ โ โ โ โ Regular turnover of managers and very slow turn around for financial info. Hard to understand levy invoices and financial reporting takes weeks to get through. Big improvement needed by this service company.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointing seeing a company that uses staff to up the Google ratings. In my opinion service has dropped a lot over the past years. Needs to be more up front with costs and more transparent with the financials which lack full disclosure. Needs to keep up with the times.

โ โ โ โ โ Year on year admin fee increases but no improvement in overall service. New bank fees added without discussion. Accounts team say they are using Excel for accounting - not we understand double entry accounting...apparently the reason why financial reports are not available on demand as they are manually inputted. No contract and we are only now told of โtermsโ of service we have never seen or agreed to appointment including special โterminationโ clauses. We are now told by their admin team itโs a Colin Craig owned company.

โ โ โ โ โ Having a huge trouble with our current body corporate company, I had good consultation and service from this company. People should be fair to this company. People should revalue and understand how charitable and honest they are which is very rare in any other body corporate firms. I totally recommend !
