★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an 11.30am slot yesterday to veiw a property for rent and upon arriving there was about 30 people inside looking at the property.I reminded her that it's covid level 3 atm and she didn't give a toss.had the making of a super spreader event.

Demanded payment on the same day as when i applied. Texting and calling me up until 10pm on a weekday with threats. Jane needs to be banned from Property Management. Pathetic excuse fior a business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unpleasant to deal with, threatened when unable to pay a bond in full with 24hrs notice. Will be following up with legal action to ensure nobody else has to endure the pain that this women has clearly brought to others for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demanding we pay the bond 1 day after we received confirmation of application and threatened to pass the opportunity to another applicant when the move in date isn't for over 4 weeks. No understanding of us having a full time job and not being able to sort over $4k in payments in 24hrs. After further reviews of the company I'm not sure how they are still operating. AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company to deal with only worried about money let alone doing things correctly. Offer us the place and then decide to cancel the deal for no reason. Being a so called agent you would expect her to follow the legal rules with contacts bond ect. Would never recommend to use this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking level of professionalism.
Offered a tenancy late afternoon and was demanding full payment and signed documents by midnight that same night. Had THREE phone calls from them after 10:00pm threatening that if immediate payment wasn't made, they would move to the next applicant.
Very uncertain as to how the company is still afloat after looking at previous reviews, and not to mention the article on NZ Herald regarding a CURSE being put on one of their previous tenants.
If I could put a star rating lower than 1/5, I most certainly would.
