★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a full head of foils quoted at $175, was given a ‘trim’ and ‘blow wave’ which I never asked for, and ended up leaving the salon $272 poorer. Will not be going back, I am a student who wanted to support a local & organic business, but have been left thoroughly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always really loved Koa - great haircuts and really good value for money. But unfortunately yesterday I arrived for a booking I'd made online and no one was there. When I called and text to find out what was going on I didn't receive any response. Frustrating to be kept in the dark about what the state of play was. I still haven't had any response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 years I have done something different than the usual natural beauty stuff I love to do. I found this amazing lady Jahna who owns Koa Organic Hair and she is a fantastic hair dresser. Koa Organic Hair Salon has organic products to keep the style on at the same time minimise toxins.
She did an amazing job with my hair.

Jahna's advice and organic products keep my hair healthy and look great, without damage to the scalp and lingering chemical smells that I used to get at other salons. Jahna is lovely and very skilled at cutting and styling my mess of curls. Highly recommended.
