★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was upset with the customer service, I arrived at 4 pm and a staff member was on the phone. She had notified me that she was in a meeting call but still asked what I wanted. After telling her that I just wanted Ice cream she came down to serve, I told her my 2 flavours and within seconds she lost her temper and raised her voice at me saying that she cannot serve me and asked, "can you not see that I am on the phone with my teacher?" She continued yelling at me and did not serve me. She then stormed off and left me unattended! This was all in under a minute, and I am not impressed with the attitude I received for no blatant reason. I will definitely not be making a trip back there and feel uncomfortable walking through those doors again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked "were they pre-made burgers in the cabinet?" It was full of them, maybe 20. I'd never seen such a thing. He immediately went on the defensive explaining to me that no pre-made are frozen. "but you made them earlier? You pre-made them?" This made him more unhappy so I just said" OK, I'll go. Bye". 20 min later I returned to ask if he'd seen my phone, which had gone missing. He immediately exploded. "I have not got your phone" and went on and on. I left. Apparently he was going on about it to some customers later.
I know this because one of them found my phone.
This man needs counseling and help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service. The guy wasn't friendly. I asked him from a medium size coffee. He replied very rudely that we don't serve medium size coffees and started telling me the prices of the coffee ( which was insulting as I felt). Then me and my mate picked the 2 muffins and again he said it's $5 each (even I didn't ask for price). I felt humiliated so I left without buying. If he's the owner them he should learn some manners or if he's working there then he should be fired immediately. That dude doesn't deserve to work in customer service field. (-100 ⭐)
