I walked into illuminate Vapes looking for a new pod for my Vape the staff working said politely "we don't sell these here man", then he proceeded to apologise and point me in the right direction to a store that does, he then went a step further and googled the address since they have recently moved. I find it amazing even tho he didn't make a sale with me he wanted still wanted me to get my fix haha. If this doesn't show customer service then I don't know what does.

β β β β β Great service, rang him after our old vape shop closed, asked if he could stock a certain coil, and he had absolutely no problem doing so, my only regret was straying away from this store. He was our first vape store and very happy with his customer service. They are always up for a chat. And if there is ever an issue with a product he sorts it fast.
