★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new vape and leaking badly. Visited the shop and mention and asked they mentioned will send to a teqnician and let me know in 3 working days, after a week called and asked nothing was done , staffs are not experience .
Please do not buy new products from this place. I also given a 3 months warranty card with new vape. Unpleasant experience and ended up with a damaged product. Probably not a genuine product

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my vape in today, as my battery for it runs out fast. I asked if he could help with whatever but he just suggested I purchase another one. I asked if i could swap it for a different one for the same price i got the vape. He said No.. this vape was already faulty when i got it. I will not purchase from any of their stores again.
