★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with service the male who served me was rude, and asked me what i wanted, which was to return a broken vape purchased 3 weeks prior.
He continued to serve 3 other customers, as they came into store. Then made me take my mask of while he videoed me vaping, so he could send it back to the manufacturer. I asked for him not to show my face. Is this even legal? Especially during COVID 19. (Is the video going to be deleted?). Not a Happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Papamoa Shosha, I hear constantly word of mouth and through reviews how poor the customer service is including how they treat their customers but until I experienced it myself didn’t notice. I purchased a vape a couple weeks ago which was faulty, since it was covered by warranty I decided to bring it back which then the lady in the shop was being rude saying the it wasn’t the vape instead it was the pods so I used my whole 3 pack of pods which did not fix the issue since it was the vape that was sold to me faulty, went back again had poor customer service got told nothing can be done because needs to be sent away as proof it doesn’t work, got told I’d receive a call this afternoon as I called in the morning asking the status of the vape, once again messed around? How can you possibly run a business when treat your customers like complete garbage and make them purchase more items even though YOU are at fault for selling poorly made products? I’ve wasted money on pods, disposable vapes when I should have just gotten a refund/new vape straight away? Absolutely appalling. I hope people stop shopping here all together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service doesn't exist here. Thought maybe it was a one off bad experience, but the next 3 times I went in I was given nothing but rudeness. I walked up to the counter and was saw that the workers behind the counter were busy, so I waited for them to finish until they were able to serve me. Until one of them said "are you algood bro?" to which I responded with "I wish to purchase something". They don't check ID and barely speak to their customers, unless in a rude tone.
I feel like it was only a couple of weeks ago that this place had such a vibrant and caring atmosphere, with people behind the counter who genuinely cared about the customers and their jobs, but it seems almost all of those employees have been laid off, for some unknown reason.
If you want to shop shosha, I suggest finding another store to use.
Products are all right though.
