★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband have been going here for the last year as their vape juices are nice and a great price. Sadly the staff members are rude and not helpful or knowledgeable about what they are selling. Nice manager offered us a free vape after three of our vapes all brought this year had died (most times our vapes last us at least a year) and we had gone into store each time to be told that we had caused the problem and would have to buy a new one. After the third time of being told the same thing, i was slightly annoyed and explained why I was annoyed to them so then they offered me a new one........ but first I had to bring them the box it came in so I said screw this and walked out only to be followed by one of them who yelled at me (without a mask) when I took a photo of the outside of the shop. I contacted the manager by messenger but not before another employee messaged me a really rude message. I don't feel comfortable going back there and neither does my husband so we decided to change vape stores...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fell in love with vape shed. The Tauranga branch is tiny and doesn't sell many vapes but has a good selection of juice. Juice gets mixed to the exact mg of nicotine so unlike shosha they barely run out of the juice you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend using vape shed over shosha. Have been explained from Quinn that what shosha supplied me and how to use it could have put me in hospital getting to much nicotine in one hit. Excellnt customer service here will definitely be spending my money here
