β β β β β Guru Purnima festival. Temple gave us an honor to open / release one photo on our behalf ( they had arranged everything).
Great day...
Full day of Pooja activities, breakfast, lunch and dinner too.
All volunteers helping organise every event ( all the time). Organization improved every year from the days of temple inauguration. Happy to visit every Thursday.
Quite place.

β β β β β Shridi sai baba temple is located in onehunga suburb of Auckland. Approx 15 car spaces inside temple compound and plenty of on road parking available. This temple also have large hall for weddings etc.

β β β β β Amazing charged place. It's unbelievable to see hundreds of Baba's devotees at one place and serving the community without ego. Maha Prasad was served to hundreds again. Om Sai Ram

β β β β β Sai baba and all devta temple. Serene huge prayer hall. I wish other temple also make such large prayer hall where big crowd can be in front deity and pray together. Enough chairs on side walls is great relief as now-a-days more and more people avoid sitting down due to back and other health issues including youngsters. Compund has community center and parking space.

β β β β β Visited the temple on 1 Jan 2022 was impressed with the protocols for entry being followed as entered after scanning the QR Code and then was stopped at the temple entrance on level 1 before entering and was asked for my vaccine pass which was scanned and entry allowed. All good so far as expected.
Then as I was waiting in the queue to offer prayers there were quite a few committee members who were not following the queue system and we getting behind other fellow members to join the queue and all this when the queue was just about 15 people all one had to do was fall in line, and to my dismay saw a member getting a hoard of 5-7 people who wanted quick darshan (VIP quota) and asked them to get into the queue right in front - he has no respect for the others standing in queue including his own members - but thats how it functions perhaps
Wait there is more - the member who was standing in front of me had his florescent vest on him but instead of wearing the mask properly ensuring it covers your nose, mouth and chin and fit snugly. The member was wearing it on his mouth and chin. I did ask him if he is doing it correctly and if rules are only for people who come there and not for the members, he was not apologetic though thankfully he pulled and placed the mask correctly only to find him pull it down later when after I finished my prayers and was leaving saw him manning the book sale counter (often seen him at this counter)
So much respect they have when it comes to follow rules but expect everyone else to follow
I am sure this post might get deleted as it does not portray a good picture of compliance being followed but sadly its the bitter truth and this is only one person from the committee who was seen

β β β β β Peaceful and beautiful temple. The temple is quite and big. Apart from Sai baba here you can see other gods like hanuman ji and Mata j. They also Shanker Bhagwan. This is very near by to onehanga station.

β β β β β One of my favourite most temples in Auckland?. Calm, peaceful and serene. Priests and staff members are extremely kind, generous, understanding and helpful.
