★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to book an appointment for the 3rd time. Fail again!
The 1st time they said we called too late and can’t just request an appointment for the next day. The second time they said to ring another vet.
The 3rd time we rang 3 days in advance for an urgent problem and were told that we can’t do a check up on the weekend because “ it’s not ideal” and we have to “prioritize” and bring her during the week.
Just don’t waist your time here. Go to another vet because you will be sent to one anyway.
Would not recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. They are friendly and helpful. They phone a lot of the time after my cat's appointment to hear how my cat is doing. We have been using them for two years if I'm correct, without complaints.

They're a pleasure to deal with, and treat their patients (our pets) with the utmost respect and love. In fact my dog actually enjoys, and looks forward to going there. Thanks very much Auckland vets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just joined this place on the recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed! They made us feel very welcome- the nurse on the desk was very helpful and knowledgeable- despite our lack of experience and stayed on to help us out despite her shift having ended. Doc was professional and happily offered advice and such. So glad we have our cats with this Vet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that the way they do things is a waste of time, and a way to make your bill higher. Took my furr baby there on two seperate occasions when being observed the first thing they suggested was to take a swab to see what the issue is. First visit she took a swab of my boys tummy(found out later it was a Tumour)to see if it was an infection of some sort (2 mins later) she came back n said it was clear and just gave us medical shampoo and prednisone which cost over 200 and 84 for the swab 74 for the consult, second time we went in for the same thing but it was worse they said the same thing we’ll take a swab and send it away he didn’t have time he was bleeding everywhere so I’m we ended up leaving and going to Avondale vet after hours they were amazing! Didn’t need to find out what it was he knew straight away and told me he needed surgery ASAP. He cut out 5 tumours

At no time we feel as though we had to do any ongoing unnecessary testing or procedures as our Vet knew exactly what was in our Ashley future .They were caring and fully understanding and supportive .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always found the staff to be more than helpful, very professional and their prices are very good. I am very happy with their services and they were especially compassionate when I had to have our cat put to sleep due to illness that we couldn't cure.
P.S. They are also looking after our new cat as well
