★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love all the team here! Beth is such an amazing Doctor. Dealing with mental health is a very fragile thing and Beth makes every appointment count. And Penny on Reception is always so amazing to deal with! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! I WISH I COULD GIVE UNLIMITED STARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Beth and the other Dr's are the best. They helped my 1yrold son who had a terrible seizure in the car outside and were on hand asap giving oxygen etc Which I think is why he made a full recovery.
Another time they gave me a syringe at no charge for medicine and recently helped my wife when the baby had eye infection and the chemist couldn't help even with no appointment!
They have always been able to fit us in and it is awesome to see Dr's who care about their patients and will give treatment instead of saying to "drink more fluids"
The facilities are modern and you can usally park right outside.
Honestly these are the best doctors I have met in NZ and highly reccomend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this morning to book for a doctors appointment since my partner hurt his back. The lady from reception was really rude. Trying to cut off everything that I say, when she asked why I'm calling and what is the problem, I tried explaining the situation and quickly cut me off and told me "I have no interest in that" and said that she would just let a nurse call us. Plain rude. Why would you ask someone what is the problem with their health if you don't have any interest on it LOL. Doctors working here is really nice and accommodating, but this receptionist has been rude to us ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars. I am a pensioner who lives nearby to this medical centre and required required treatment after being knocked from a motor cycle. Very sore and had difficulty walking. Not a patient of this clinic but was in need of some help and felt they would be willing thus saving me a half hour travel to my regular doctor in Riccarton. They were not interested ( refused ) in assisting a 70 year old with genuine ACC claim. Big shame on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed at attitude of reception staff - not only rude and blunt but unhelpful verging on any patient is annoying - maybe they should consider that they are there to assist those that need the professional services of a medical professional ??? Can fully understand why they have a low star rating especially on reading reviews - but they don’t seem to care - but we the general public do care and respect should be shown at all times
