★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been in chch 6 weeks & this was our worst retail experience. Absolutely shocking service at 2 hairdressers. Stopped for lunch, really overpriced & average quality. Left with no haircuts & feeling really annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well designed store. Movement between all stores is made easy. Store options are vast and you can get most of what you need, if by chance you need other items there are stores such as the warehouse and briscoes just outside of the hub (possibly classed as part of it?). Food court has plenty of options, though could have a better table layout, as with a family of four we struggled to find a table to eat at due to each table (that wasn't a bench seat, and as such unsuitable for a 2yo) being a 4 seater taken up by one person (but this is a review of place, not people).
The parking about usual for any parking in NZ, an absolute mess with available spaces and the size of them being an issue, but can't do much about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not ranking the whole mall on my experience at one retailer, but that experience was disappointing. We had a late breakfast at Robert Harris and waited 25 minutes for it to arrive. Waaaay too long when there were only half a dozen other customers in the cafe, in my opinion. The meal was very nice, and the wait staff were pleasant and friendly.

The florist lady always treats me well as I give my wife a rose each month of our anniversary date ? and there is pac n save to fill the pantry
