Came here after a failed attempt to dry my phone with a bag of rice from dropping it in water. Kiran fixed my screen and had my phone operating within 20-30 minutes. Super fast! Cost around $70ish NZD if you’re using a credit card. So prices are pretty good and it beats buying a whole new iPhone. There isn’t any warranty on the screen because I had water damage but I’m only visiting Auckland so no big deal. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service will never be coming back, took my phone in to get screen replaced he said it’d take a day then had too follow him up calling him everyday asking when it would be done he would say tomorrow every time in the end after it being there for a week had to go in too take my phone elsewhere just overall horrible customer service little communication and care

The glass itself is good, but it is seated higher that previous glass was, and has all this dirty glue stuff exposed around the edges.
The home button looks off now and isn't seated well and is loose and wobbly.
Price was good and was exactly what I was quoted.
Man at the counter spelt my name as Mishzel or something like that so please don't tell me I'm not on the records and have the wrong shop.
Repaired screen to the left, and another 5th gen iPad to the right that has original screen.
They do not call when your item is repaired so you have to keep calling them.
