β β β β β Sinead is an absolute legend. As a first home buyer who was up against so many other first home buyers, as well as investors, it was so lovely to have Sinead's guidance throughout the process. Even though she was acting on behalf of the vendor, not once was I made to feel out of the loop and I felt that Sinead genuinely was looking out for me as well. She made the process of buying a home enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend!

She was always so helpful to us as we navigated our way through this process. Her advice has proved to be "spot on" and I believe she helped us get a fair price for our property. β β β β β I couldn't recommend Sinead highly enough. She helped us with the sale of our house during a busy time in our lives (young child) and made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Sinead was always two steps ahead and as a first time house seller we never found ourselves uncertain about the process or next steps. She has surrounded herself with a great team and I was very impressed with how slick and professional the experience was. Sinead was always available, friendly and injected fun and enthusiasm into what could have been a stressful time. If we were to sell a house in the future I wouldnβt hesitate for a second to use Sinead again.

At our first meeting Sinead impressed as an experienced, knowledgeable and energetic agent who showed an appreciation of and enthusiasm for the house albeit one for a niche market. Her price assessment was revealed to be realistic
Sinead was an excellent communicator and kept me extremely well informed. She was a very good listener and responded promptly to any concerns and queries of which there were many. Sinead was very helpful as I prepared for marketing recommending a range of trades people who could be called on if needed. They made themselves available and this helped keep up the momentum.
The market's volatility was well managed with honest discussions around expectations. Sinead worked hard to show potential buyers around, follow up any interest and provide thorough feedback. In all. I was very appreciative and felt the sale was in excellent hands.

Someone who would deliver what they promised. Someone with a high level of understanding of the real estate business. Sinead is that type of Real Estate agent.
