It is a safe, inclusive, social class where you will be looked after and taught proper technique so you can build on your skills at a fantastic price. Nothing to lose by trying out SKB, only sweat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for Muay Thai for 3+ years now. When I first started my overall fitness was not great but being a regular to the sessions I have improved my fitness level.
The instructor is nice and the people are cool so the workout becomes super fun. Price per class is also cheap so just give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Muay Thai class isn’t just your regular boxing class. Before I started going I felt very intimidated by the sport and anyone who does it. But in this class you are treated like family. I always feel safe and respected being paired up with others. I started off knowing nothing about Muay Thai and after going consistently for a year and a half I can say that I’ve never felt more confident! I highly recommend giving this class a shot! It’s so much fun. Scottie, the trainer is an absolute gem. She is so patient and kind and teaches you proper technique from the very start!
