★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company in NZ , if you have problems its a nightmare,We had a digger down the road damage a cable, I saw chorus repairing it from then on our internet was useless, dozens of emails , phonecalls , we got no help at all ,then they said I would get a credit, no didn't even get an amended statement , you get a differant person answer your query every time,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Company is appalling. They have zero customer support, any queries are answered with prescripted responses that do not address your issue. We were constantly having to reboot our modem to get connected and we are on Fibre.....We changed to another provider absolutely no problems now. Slingshot then overcharged me which I disputed and they refused to acknowledge. This was after numerous emails to them to try and get it resolved. They have now sent the debt to a Debt Collection Agency and loaded a default against my credit!!! Use this Company at your own risk....
