★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought that the associate was very knowledge and friendly. I was set to have a battle as my issue was complex, but he understood my issues and came up with a plan quickly. Upon request he even hunted down a number "that is easy to remember and will roll off the tongue".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So annoyed with the lack of service - took 5 weeks to get my phone back because (ironically) the staff here don't answer the phone calls from their insurers! They also gave me completely different stories depending which staff member I got?! Couple of nice staff but the rest really shouldn't be in customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have what is called a no 'change of mind policy' got a phone case which I tried for the weekend but found it a bit clunky. Went in with the receipt and asked if I had the box, I told them that it was put on in store and I never had the box in my possession. I was told they don't accept returns without it. It's hard to accept a policy that results in a dissatisfied customer, I don't intend to get a new phone case every week in order to scam them. Not a slight on the staff they are following protocol just find it sly they don't give you the box so they can then turn around and say "you don't have the box we can't accept this."

No one should have to visit a store 5 days in a row, losevt paperwork, no callbacks or follow up, no updates on my file. Tried to restart the claim with another claim form. Phone eventually replaced with no assistance offered. Only interested in the sale not service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff that served us didn't know what he was doing and blamed it on the system, went to another store a few days later after the Sim card wasn't activated and they sorted out within a minute. Store was alright with a good range of products but it does get very busy.
