β β β β β I am a very old guy who was having extreme difficulty getting my cellphone to function as intended. After 4 visits to the very busy St Lukes branch where they can spend only 5 or 10 minutes to answer I accidently got a bus to the CBD instead of Newmarket so went to the Queen Street Vodafone shop. There Cecilia organised my setup so that it is more functional now. Lucky that I arrived there early before it got busy. She was so patient and didn't fuss. She is a treasure. Thank you Cecilia.

β β β β β Awesome service received from Tom (both Queen St & Britomart). Tom set me up with a home phone wireless plan. I had an issue with the router and had to return, which Tom sorted promptly. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming - an absolute asset to Vodafone. Thank you so much.

I went to my favorite Vodafone store in Queen st for help.
A very helpful chap fixed my problem in no time.
I have purchased phones from this store and have received wonderful service every time.

β β β β β Unfortunately, was not the best experience. They will not help you much unless your are currently under the contract or new customers. Visited the store for help to set up the WIFI after moving to the new house but they would not do anything unless I renew the new contract. I have been with Vodafone for 4-5years and has been great but may need to consider switching now after this customer service the other day.

β β β β β Vodafone has the worst customer service ever!!
My broadband bill this month is $20 higher than expected, so I replied to the bill email to ask why. They told me my $20 discount was expired. I wrote them the second email to show them the proof I have received an email from Vodafone told me my $20 discount will carry over in the next 12 months. With the proof email attached to them properly. Even with such detailed information, they donβt bother to check or do anything, they simply ask me to call sales team so they can apply my discount. I was furious, I believe the customer care team and the sales team both belong to Vodafone, why donβt they communicate with each other? Why should I spend at least half an hour waiting over the phone to talk to sales team? This is a mistake made my Vodafone, why should I be the one to waste time to fix this? So, I sent them third email to ask them to correct my bill before the payment due date, and I told them I wonβt call sales team because itβs not my problem. Itβs customer care teamβs job to help me at least forward my email to sales team to fix the issue. At the end of today, I received email from customer care team again, simply told me to call sales team, they are not going to do anything about this!
This is ridiculous!!!!!
