We have used SIL for a significant fresh start installation, maintenance and additions to the system over the last 6 years and are very happy with everything - products and service - even though it is complex and subject to the usual needs of a high-tech system. Routine issues that arise are quickly solved, often remotely. The current personnel have been the same over the last few years and go out of their way to get the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provided excellent service from the initial consultation with Wayne to the end of the project. I was delighted with Breau and Peter's workmanship, courtesy and overall thoroughness. Breau answered my questions and addressed all the concerns as much as possible.
They installed the TV on the wall with all wiring, and the result is tremendous (I have included a few photo).
Moreover, while I was disappointed with the previous job done by another vendor, Smart Installations guys fixed the problem without any fuss and at a fair cost.
Overall, excellent communicators and honest with competent technical skills. I would not hesitate to have work with professionals who provide the same exemplary standard of service and professionalism as Smart Installations Ltd.
