We recently moved house and when our initial time frames changed with a quick settlement date, Smartbox were able to react quickly and provided us with excellent customer support for our change of circumstances.
This is the second time we have used their services and have always found the drivers and customer service team to be friendly, considerate and most helpful.

Their customer service is great as well. Janelle was helpful in arranging my box re-delivery appointment. Nigel is a great driver who can handle most crazy hard to maneuver driveways. I’d highly recommend their service. Thank you Smartbox!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Smartbox for over 2 years now. It seemed like a great idea at the time as I thought it would only be for a few weeks. It's not cheap. But for the price, on a temporary basis, with the benefit of being already packed and ready to go to the next destination, it's reasonable.
The down sides, for me were;
- cost, it's high compared to other forms of storage,
- accessibility, you have to ring 24 hours beforehand so that they can move your pallet box to the access area,
- accessibility, you can't contact them for access on Sunday as they are not there,
- customer service, I wasn't very satisfied with their customer service, I found the admin staff to be rather short, abrupt, impatient.
Hindsight is definitely 20/20 vision. If I were to do it again, I'd have gone with something else.

I have had my contents in storage for over 3 years and I have had the luxury of knowing it is safe & secure. I love the process of the box being delivered to you so you can pack at your leisure, then lock it up yourself and away it goes to be stored. Magic and worry free. I would highly recommend Smart Box - thank you so much ?????
