★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using this particular team’s for years and they’ve always done a superb job at a reasonable price. Audis, especially the version that I have is quiet notorious for having a complicated interior to clean, lots of surfaces, gaps and buttons. But they’ve always take their time and make sure all the details are taken care of. Do check out them next time you shop at Sylvia Park! It’ll be worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience we have ever had! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. First of all the car was not cleaned properly at all. The interior was still so dirty that I had to clean it again when we got home. I only used a damp cloth and cleaned it better in 20mins than they did in 2 hours! The worst part though was that they took items out of our car and then put them back in a different car!! We only noticed when we had driven quite a distance away so who knows where our stuff had gone. Luckily they managed to get the items back but they quite easily could have not been returned and we would of had to have gone to the police as this was theft. They didn't even need to move these items let alone take them completely out of the car. The boss of this company delt with it so badly. We asked for a refund for the hassle of having to drive back to get these items, the poor cleaning job and the stress of not knowing whether we would get our items back. He would not give us a refund and said he would possibly give us some money toward the petrol it took to drive back and forwards. This is the worst customer service ever!! Surely you would just own up that you/your staff messed up badly and offer a refund with an sincere apology but nope none of that happened. We are fuming and would never touch this company again with a barge pole. If you don't would your stuff stolen and want a proper cleaning job done DO NOT GO HERE!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect for what we wanted. They clearly explained what was included in the service (economy service) and how long it would take. We turned up earlier than we had booked which they accommodated that for us and let us know when we could pick it back up. Car was looking cleaner than ever.

I took in my car to get it cleaned, it was a bit of a mess but when i picked it up it was like brand new again, they did an exceptional job inside and outside the car. They were fast, the quality of work with great and the pricing was very sharp considering some of the other mall car valet companies charge so much! Recommended to anyone looking for a good car valet service.

I got the Full Detail Clean and not only was it clean to perfection but it was also done super fast and the people who served me were super nice! I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for people to clean their car :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have paid $103 for super wash this morning. It should include a complete interior vacuum but interior is still super dirty, no vacuum at all. Not sure if it's misleading on the website wherein it says it includes a complete interior vacuum. Just sharing my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love getting my cars treated at this place, high quality job at a reasonable price and delivered in a well timeframe. Special requests and arrangements can be made when requesting a full on detailing job, cleans the car again when returning (2nd day) to do final touches such as polishing and adding protective layer.
FYI for you all I’ve never had my Ford engine cleaned AT ALL ever since I got it BRAND NEW, so for the first time in 11 YEARS it has received its first engine clean and my lord! These guys make the engine look brand new again! A protective layer was also added into the engine. Can’t wait to bring back my Mazada sometime soon to do it’s first ever engine clean. Again the mazada is brand new and hasn’t received its first engine clean ever!
100% would recommend these guys even if it’s just for a regular clean! ?
