★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome experience with Shaun today - he helped us with a guitar for my son that we exchanged. I wish there were more people out there like this guy - he worked hard at finding us the right guitar, and he did so in a chill and easy going way. It was a really nice experience, and his kindness and help didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks heaps Shaun!

Nice bunch of blokes. I would happily pay them a visit again if I was after any extensions to my existing audio setup.

There was an interested attitude that made me feel comfortable and I was so happy that I bought one. Thanks for taking the time with me and not putting pressure on me but encouraging me instead. I will come to you in the future for your kind attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store thinking I had a broken guitar cable, they tested it and told me it worked perfectly. So the next day I brought in my guitar and amp to find out which one of those where broken instead. They identified it was the guitar connector and there and then they fixed it within 5 minutes, at no charge! Great service, helpful staff, would highly recommend and would visit again! Now I can get back to shredding some guitar :)
